I recommend this place if you're looking to live close to the beach. It’s about 15 minute walk, and the monthly rent is very affordable.

My first interaction at Huntington Gardens was with Tamara, she was super enthusiastic about the property and pointed out all the details of why it’s great to live there. Tamara really sold the place and she makes you feel like you’re going to be fast friends. Christina was always friendly, very clear when going over the lease and always professional. The manager Cathy went above and beyond. She had to deal with a former tenant that had sensitive circumstances all the while making sure I knew that she was doing everything she could to make sure I enjoyed my space. Cathy was firm but fair and really advocated equally. The maintenance staff on the property are top notch! They make sure the place runs smoothly and they work hard to trouble shoot and keep clean. If you’re a foodie, this complex is the perfect location for great dinning within walking distance! And !!! I can not forget about the highlights of living close to the beach, The Neighborhood Walks and Beach Entertainment are just steps away!

Tamara is the best leasing agent ever! She was so sweet and knowledgable. Made me want to sign the place on the spot. The place is beautiful and the community of people that are there are amazing. Clean and quiet, and is in the center of Huntington Beach.

So this is an add on to my first review that I did, and again great place to live for someone who lived here for over 20+ years now. There is just a few things I want to add as well. 1. The C Section dumpster. They are always full and sometime even over full by the tenants that live here. There are two dumpster in each section that the tenants can throw away their trash. The dumpsters in the A, B, and D sections. They seem to be less full then the C section. 2. There is a mice problem, but I know they are being taken care of and yet I still see some around. 3. Roaches. I'm sure there are roaches in other apartments as well, and again I know they take care of that too, but they still tend to come. And again great place to live

I currently moved in at the beginning of August to the Huntington Gradens in Huntington Beach. I'm am very pleased with my new home. Where can I start. First and foremost Christina the assistant manager went above and beyond to help me get approved and worked with all my financials. Her communication is amazing. Tamara the community consultant she also works in the office did an outstanding job of going over my lease answering all of my questions. Gave me a full and thorough tour better than any of the other properties I had toward. The complex has been here for a long time but the renovations that they have done to the property are absolutely beautiful and make it look like a modern complex . This complex is very quiet. That was the main thing I was looking for due to my weird work hours. The first month I needed my refrigerator replaced, it started have issues keeping my food cold . knowing when I moved in the refrigerator was a little on the older side. Property Management did not hesitate to fix it immediately. Overall office staff and maintenance I give them 5 stars.
